What’s the difference between regular and deep cleaning?
Regular cleaning covers everyday upkeep: kitchen surfaces, bathrooms, dusting and floors. Deep cleaning adds appliance interiors, empty cabinet and drawer interiors, detailed bathrooms, baseboards and trim, accessible interior windows and blinds, and reachable areas under furniture.
How should I prepare for my cleaning?
Please clear everyday clutter so surfaces are accessible. For interior cleaning, empty refrigerators, cabinets and drawers ahead of time. Move-in and move-out cleanings require an empty home with water and power available. Let us know about any basement areas before confirming the scope.
Can I arrange recurring or commercial cleaning?
Yes. We’re happy to discuss weekly, biweekly or other recurring arrangements, as well as offices, apartment turnovers and common areas. Rates and timing depend on the scope and schedule, so contact us for a custom quote.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Clean by Kattia LLC holds a City of Longmont Sales & Use Tax License and carries business insurance. Request proof of insurance before your cleaning.
Do you clean homes with pets?
Yes—let us know about your pets and any access instructions when booking. Having a pet alone does not add a fee. Heavy pet hair may require additional time, with an add-on starting at $30, discussed when confirming the scope.
Are there services you don’t offer?
We do not offer laundry, exterior window cleaning, full wall washing, carpet shampooing, high-ladder work, heavy furniture or appliance moving, or hazardous cleanup. If you have a special request, text us before booking so we can clarify the scope.
